A Excellent breakfast variety, friendly reception service, convenient location near attractions

A Thin walls cause noise disturbances, room size feels cramped, inconsistent heating control

The staff were very efficient and friendly. Booking was simple. The hotel is well placed in the centre of Leuven.

The room was noisy from the road outside when the window had to be opened because of the heat. No tea and coffee was provided in the room. When the cost of breakfast is added it is quite expensive. Some food ran out at breakfast and no more was brought out although it was another half hour to closing time.

Convenience at very short notice after problems at channel tunnel prevented us reaching our original destination on the first day.

The location is perfect, very close to the city center, and the breakfast was excellent with a good selection. The staff provided a warm welcome, allowing an early check-in , made our arrival smoother.

The room I stayed in was cramped, resembling more of a storage space than an actual hotel room. It felt disappointing to be charged high rates for such a limited space, especially considering competitors might offer better value. The parking situation was quite challenging, as the entrance was too narrow for larger vehicles, which led to an unfortunate dent in my car door.

The place was fairly clean and RECENTLY RENOVATED, had extremely friendly and efficient staff on reception desk. The location in a modern area was excellent and amazing and there were a market and a bakery nearby.

Absolutely central location, perfect for café hopping.

I liked the location as it was very central to the centre which was very atractive and laid back.

I thought the breakfast was very expensive for what was on offer but found a very good cafe/bakery in the very near vicinity which we used instead.

Great central location with helpful staff

The staff made check-in super easy. I was in my room quickly and found the bed comfy for a good night's sleep. I did notice the heating was a bit tricky, which could be something to address for a more comfortable experience.

Everything was great, with efficient and excellent staff, met the needs. The property was in the centre of the city. I had really lovely days staying at this low cost hotel.
