This venue is centrally located near the Town Hall, with the airport only 25 km away, the rooms are nicely designed with comfy beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

The staff were very efficient and friendly. Booking was simple. The hotel is well placed in the centre of Leuven.
The room was noisy from the road outside when the window had to be opened because of the heat. No tea and coffee was provided in the room. When the cost of breakfast is added it is quite expensive. Some food ran out at breakfast and no more was brought out although it was another half hour to closing time.

Convenience at very short notice after problems at channel tunnel prevented us reaching our original destination on the first day.

It exceeded all expectations and I would love to stay here again. the staff is courteous. - the breakfast is exceptionally nice. - the location is awesome, near the Old Market, the pedestrian zone, and the ferry. - the rooms are reasonably spacious for a very comfortable weekend stay.

The place was fairly clean and RECENTLY RENOVATED, had extremely friendly and efficient staff on reception desk. The location in a modern area was excellent and amazing and there were a market and a bakery nearby.

I liked the location as it was very central to the centre which was very atractive and laid back.
I thought the breakfast was very expensive for what was on offer but found a very good cafe/bakery in the very near vicinity which we used instead.

The room was very small. The only window looking over the parking lot. Hotel parking was full at our arrival.
